Because cleanliness is critical to the powder process, HMI has developed state-of-the-art equipment, environmentally controlled processing areas, and employee awareness necessary to ensure extremely low contamination levels in the powder we produce. All powder handling is performed within ultra clean environments. Powder cooling, screening, blending, and container filling are accomplished with newly designed equipment inside the controlled areas. Inert or vacuum processing during all phases of powder processing is standard.
